The UOIG’s structure consists of a basic three-tiered hiearchy. The top level is occupied by the Managing Director. The second tier consists of the Director of External Affairs, Director of Human Resources and the three portfolio managers. The analysts are then found in the third level. Although structure is necessary for the success of the UOIG, the goup’s communication and information flows are very open and flexible from top to bottom. As one of the goals of the UOIG is to enhance the learning of all its members, the management team works directly with the analysts, and knowledge is shared both ways. Questions, observations, and suggestions provide the fuel for achievement, and participation from all positions is critical to our success.   

UOIG Structure
